I actually think Casper might look like this as a human. (I've heard he turned into a human in one of the more recent movies, but I haven't seen any of them from start to finish, and I know him the same way I know Woody the Woodpecker... *watches old cartoons and never remakes*)
This is seriously cute. It's a tie with the WALL-E art you have posted.
He has creme colored hair and blue eyes. He can also turn invisible, so one of my other characters likes to call him "Casper the Friendly Ghost". XD
